The President of Slokais Islands is an executive office in Slokais Islands that has existed since 1891. The President is directly elected by the people every 4 years although an election can occur as early as 2 years after the previous one if a majority of Parliament votes to do so. The President must be 25 years of age and a citizen of Slokais Islands at birth and must get a majority of the nationwide popular vote if elected. Or if the President dies then they must be approved by the Supreme Court of Slokais Islands. There have been 15 people in office, 14 Men and 1 Woman, although there have been 18 Presidents as non-consecutive terms are counted separately with Joseph Chavez and Joseph Zhang having a one-term gap while Brooke Weasley had a 22-year gap between terms.
