Born December 9th, 1875 in Point Lee, Point Lee to a family of doctors with the colonial government. During his childhood, he often devoured books often reading political theory and economic books for the simple pleasure of it. In 1896 he went to New Liverpool Political College where he was classmates with many future politicians of the 1920s and 30s. He graduated in 1902 with a master's in political science and a minor in economics. He started his own business eventually becoming one of the richest men in Slokais Islands thanks to successful business ventures into banking and railroads. At this point in 1922, people say he became mad with power, often firing people who did not agree with him and running for political office in 1924, he won the election for Governor of Point Lee Province clearing house and giving jobs to many of his colleagues, those who supported him called him a "breath of fresh air". In 1926, he ran for President with the Conservative Party winning in the first round with 61% of the vote. In 1927, he sent the military to restore order across the country during the First Slokaisan Civil War often using force against civilians, in 1930 when the war ended he changed elections to every 3 years instead of the 2 that had become commonplace. He then began a scheme of building infrastructure and introduced the death penalty to deal with issues in prisons. During his term in office, the country did however see one of the biggest economic growth periods is the History of Slokais. In 1937, he spent a few months in the Mountains of Valles where he often went on hunting trips earlier in life. On September 14th while he and some of his advisors were driving, a car drove off the road, Livingstone was then killed when that same man shot him 4 times. The man then turned the gun on himself. No one knows who this man was and investigations continue to this investigate what happened. Overall David Livingstone is hated by some for his brutal disregard for civil rights, but he is also remembered for bringing great economic prosperity to some.
