Then in 1910, they called an election, and Banks lost gaining only 41% in the Second Round. In 1940, 30 years after his Presidency had run for the seat of Grand Bank. He won becoming the oldest gap between terms in Slokasian History and one of the oldest MPs that year. He stayed in the seat until 1952 when he lost during the Costa Years.
