South Fleura was an independent state existing between 1840 and 1922 on the territory of what is now Fleura Province in Lauchenoiria. The state was created following a split with North Fleura (present-day Kerlile) following a republican revolution which deposed the Fleuran King in the south of the country. In 1921, South Fleura entered into negotiations with other nearby states to create what later became Lauchenoiria after the Lauchenoirian unification.
