The City of Broadmoore, alternatively spelled Broadmoor, is the second largest city in Saint Augustine. Along with Broadmoore's twin city, Saint Augustine, Broadmoore forms the fourth largest metropolitan area in Libertas Omnium Maximus. Broadmoore is situated windward of the Black Vale foothills. As a result, the city experiences high amounts of precipitation and has a reputation for being very overcast during the winter months. Once a major manufacturing hub, the city has experienced extensive urban decay as a result of outsourcing in the 1970s to Xiomera, Haesan, and other foreign nations. Broadmoore is considered a major political foothold for the Christian Union Party; since 2000, five of the city's six mayors have been affiliated with the party.
