The Novella Islands Passport and Identity Booklet (PIB) is the primary identity and travel document used within the Social Republic of the Novella Islands. Issued upon application to the Novella Islands Office of Identification, the document entitles the bearer to unrestricted international travel,[a] and access to government services within the Novella Islands.

  1. ↑ Specifically, unrestricted departure from (and return to) the Novella Islands; sovereign foreign nations are free to set their own immigration requirements, which are beyond the control of the Novella Islands. The Novella Islands does not restrict the emigration of either its citizens or foreign nationals, provided they possess a valid passport, and are not the subject of any investigation or arrest warrant. Similarly, the Novella Islands does not restrict the immigration of individuals holding a valid Novella Islands Passport and Identity Booklet.
