Roucourt officially the Holy Socialist Kingdom of Roucourt (HSKR), is a country in east Caxcana.
History[edit | edit source]
Roucourt was formed when Kalin Leclerc took power in 1915 following the December revolution. Kalin installed a new communist government, and to secure his new government, Kalin formed a new council, the PVAO (People's vanguard against oppression), and tasked it with purging enemies of the state. The PVAO mainly purged remnants of the old government, with a small amount of party members deemed disloyal to the state. In 1919 Kalin was diagnosed with an unknown fatal diseased, this caused him to pick a successor, and instead of picking his son Koskov, he instead chose the son of one of his political adversaries, Buklin Andrei. When Kalin died in 1925 Buklin was supposed to take power however Koskov, which had been gaining forces since 1920, captured the newly built people's hall. Buklin publicly denounced Koskov, with a civil war following soon after.
Second Civil War[edit | edit source]
Following the mental break of the General Secretary of the State, Svetlana Leclerc, several military factions broke off to form their own factions, notably the Peoples and Nation Defense Squadron, which absorbed the other independent military factions. The civil war lasted for approximately six months, and the loyalist faction declared victory, although heavy fighting by the remnants of the PNDS still remain in the country side Svetlana reassumed control of the control, and declared the Holy Socialist Kingdom of Roucourt after the wars conclusion.
Post Civil War[edit | edit source]
In the aftermath of the Second Civil War, Roucourt lost approximately 10 million people, counting both armed personal as well as civilians. This along side the ongoing terror attacks from the remnants of the PNDS continues to devastate Roucourt. Xiomera was leased the island of Diomede on the tip of the Chauillie Peninsula. Reports of slavery are common throughout the country, especially the northern parts where government control is almost none existent. Government owned slaves, mostly prisoners of war, are also common where they work the platinum mines in the southern parts of the country.

Roucourt has a temperate climate, with the only exception being the dry summer climate on the southern coast, especially the Chauillie Peninsula.
Economy[edit | edit source]
Roucourt has one of the worlds weakest economies, significantly weaker than it's prewar economy.
Exports[edit | edit source]
Roucourt exports have dropped to nearly none as a result of the Second Civil War, and the resulting terror attacks after the war.
