Usera is a city in Yervia, Lauchenoiria which is often known as the 'activist capital of Lauchenoiria'. During the Second Lauchenoirian Civil War, the city was the primary base of operations for the Lauchenoirian Resistance until the city was captured and occupied by Kerlile. It was the site of two major battles.
