In 1937, he spent a few months in the Mountains of Valles where he often went on hunting trips earlier in life. On September 14th while he and some of his advisors were driving, a car drove off the road, Livingstone was then killed when that same man shot him 4 times. The man then turned the gun on himself. No one knows who this man was and investigations continue to this investigate what happened.
