Ziyou (Mandarin: 自由), also romanized as Tzuyu, is a Maximusian-dependent legation city in the Allied Cities prefecture nation in Caxcana with a population of 1.6 million. Administered by the Maximusians since 1905, following the Treaty of Biaking and the formation of the Allied Cities confederation, Ziyou serves an important function within the Maximusian global trade network, representing the nation's only Caxcanan port, which handles around 9 million tons of cargo each year. As the only Maximusian enclave on the continent, Ziyou supports many regional hub offices for Maximusian corporations like ODL and MNSC, and Fort Serenity, a joint military base. Many Maximusian companies chose to register in Ziyou, as, of all Maximusian dependencies, territories, and provinces, Ziyou has the most relaxed corporate tax laws. Ziyou is also a significant destination for gambling tourism.
