The Secretary of Health and Human Service of Zamastan is the head of the Zamastan Department of Health and Human Service which is charged with the goal of protecting the health of all Zamastanians and providing essential human services. The Secretary of HandHS is a member of the President's Cabinet, and is nominated by the President of Zamastan. Nominees for Secretary undergo a confirmation hearing before the Congressional Committee on Health before being voted on by the Senate.
