Perra is a city in northern Libertas Omnium Maximus and the capital of Peoria province. With an estimated population of 330,000, it is the nation's seventh largest city and the second most populous inland settlement. Often called the "capital of the north," Perra serves as a central service and transport hub for the nation's overwhelmingly rural northern provinces. Originally built as a copper mining town in 1866, the city received a major population boost when it was connected to transnational rail lines in 1880. In recent years, Perra has become a nexus for ecotourism and agribusiness, though it retains a working-class character and relatively low cost of living.

Perra is home to the Maximusian Football Hall of Fame and Brinkley Museum, a public natural history museum with one of the extensive taxidermy collections in the nation.
