Percy Castovia was a prominent member of the Castovia Family. He was the son of William Castovia, the 3rd President of Zamastan. His son, Scott Castovia, was a captain in the Zamastanian Army. He was also the grandfather of Cassious Castovia and subsequently the great-grandfather of Zacharias Castovia. He served in the Zamastan Armed Forces during the Parabocan War, during which he lost his right eye during the Battle of Little Yellow Ridge. After the war, he was elected senator to Zian's 4th District. He decided not to run for a fifth reelection and retired from public service. He passed away 2 months before his grandson, Cassious Castovia was born.
