The Litudinem Herald is a Maximusian daily newspaper and one of the most widely circulated papers in the nation. In 1976, Herald journalists uncovered a $23 million dollar slush fund being used to facilitate under-the-table kickbacks to contributors to the Harold Evans campaign.
