Gran Custodé di Regno di Mansilla is the official title for the de facto head of Mansillan government and the Prime Minister to the King of Mansilla. In practice, the position of Gran Custodé holds near absolute power and is not constrained by term limits. Giancarlo Ricci has been the Gran Custodé since the retirement of Marco di Brambilla in 1996, serving as the Prime Minister to Roberto IV since his ascension to the throne in 2014.
