The Government of Haesan, officially the Government of the Second Commonwealth of Haesan is the national government of Haesan, created by the 1985 Constitution of Haesan as the executive, legislative and judicial authority of the commonwealth. The president acts as the head of state and is the highest figure of executive authority in the country, followed by the prime minister as the head of government and then ministers in decreasing order.

The current government is the 8th Government of Haesan. The government is a coalition between the between the Moderate Party, the Liberal Democrats, New Bargain, and Onwards Haesan! formed after the 2023 Haesanite general election. The current Prime Minister is Sabrina Hwang of the Moderate Party.

Haesan has 17 cabinet ministries, each with ministers appointed by the President of Haesan and confirmed by a 1/3rd vote of the Chamber of the Commonwealth. Although the ministers report to the National Assembly and have their duties outlined by legislation, they serve at the pleasure of the president. Additionally, the heads of several cabinet-level non-ministry organizations are appointed by the president and although they require confirmation they report directly to the president.

These ministers are democratically elected and gain their position as a result of being part of Haesan's governing coalition.
