Emily Miranda was the Chief of Staff of Zamastan, succeeding Travis Mayweather and serving from September 28th, 2018 until January 15th, 2019 under President Zacharias Castovia. Her position was to assist the President and regulate and direct the wider array of his staff. Before her appointment, she was on the board of finance and regulation at ZSuites Incorporated, having a familiarity and acquaintance with Castovia prior to the presidency. She continued to serve on the board until her appointment, after which she resigned.
In January, 2019, Congressman Cormac Hammer opened the Delavian Bribery Scandal to investigate President Castovia and his cabinet on allegations of ethical breaches. While President Castovia was cleared of charges, Miranda was found guilty of accepting bribes and monetary compensation in exchange for vote-telling members of Congress to lobbyists. As a result of her role in the scandal, Miranda resigned from her position in the President's cabinet on January 15th, 2019.
