Chester, officially, the City of Chester, is a city located on the Boenecca River and one of the largest settlements in central Libertas Omnium Maximus, with a population exceeding 200,000. Once a major agricultural and railroad hub in the late 19th century, Chester experienced considerable urban decay in the 1970s and 1980s, but has experienced considerable revitalization and gentrification over the past decade.
