Cardiff is the capital and the second largest city in Cadair. It is the tourism center of Cadair and the seat of the nationalgovernment. The population is an estimated 1,574,000 and receives roughly 21.3 million tourists every year.

Cardiff made history on 2 January, 2019, when the city completely switched over to marine energy, making Cardiff the first capitol in the IDU to run entirely on green energy.
