The 2019 Tofino International Film Festival was the 24th awards ceremony presenting awards for artistic and technical merit in the film industry, given annually by the Tofino Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, to recognize excellence in cinematic achievements as assessed by the Academy's voting membership. The various category winners are awarded a copy of a golden swirl, officially called the "Pine Award", although more commonly referred to by its nickname "Pine". The Informant, directed by Travis Brondi and staring Chant Anderson won 7 total awards, including Best Picture, Best Narrative, Academy's Choice, Best Cinematography, Best Sound Editing, Best Visual Effects and Best Screenplay.
