Roucourt officially the United Socialist States of Roucourt (USSR), is a country in east Caxcana. It borders the counties of Ceryana, and Ponxien.
History
Roucourt was formed when Kalin Leclerc took power in 1915 following the December revolution. Kalin installed a new communist government, and to secure his new government, Kalin formed a new council, the PVAO (People's vanguard against oppression), and tasked it with purging enemies of the state. The PVAO mainly purged remnants of the old government, with a small amount of party members deemed disloyal to the state. In 1919 Kalin was diagnosed with an unknown fatal diseased, this caused him to pick a successor, and instead of picking his son Koskov, he instead chose the son of one of his political adversaries, Buklin Andrei. When Kalin died in 1925 Buklin was supposed to take power however Koskov, which had been gaining forces since 1920, captured the newly built people's hall. Buklin publicly denounced Koskov, with a civil war following soon after.
Second Civil War
Following the mental break of the General Secretary of the State, Svetlana Leclerc, several military factions broke off to form their own factions, notably the Peoples and Nation Defense Squadron, which absorbed the other independent military factions.
The PNDS began to rapidly claim territory and resources, then on 29/5/2023 the PNDS separated from Roucourt. Responding to this, Xiomera airlifted a force of roughly five thousand troop to the capital of Kalinyev, the PNDS reacted to this by attacking Roucoutain controlled territory, this attack would not last long as a cease-fire between Roucourt and the PNDS was negotiated by Haesanite President Kim I-seul.

Climate
Roucourt has a temperate climate, with the only exception being the dry summer climate on the southern peninsula.
