Sean Khan was born Simran Jopuri Khan on May 14th, 1960 in Navsari, Darya. His parents were lawyers and immigrated to Slokais Islands in 1973 as part of the National Resettlement Program. The family bought a farmstead in the Silverado Mountains in 1975, with Khan becoming a citizen in 1977 and changing his name to Sean. Khan worked on his parent's farm, quickly taking an interest in his nearby surroundings. Khan went Graywood Community College and earned a degree in environmental science. Khan passed the bar in 1986 and started his own law firm often was involved in land management claims because of this, he began to get involved with the Green Party(Slokais). In 1990 he ran for representative in the Slokaisian Legislature and won and became an early Green Party member and in 1992 became the head of the party. He was a master of negotiation and made his party a key tool in securing a majority of governments through the 90s. In 2000 he once again ran for president and this time he won and became the president in a very divided time. As president, he improved mass transit and developed and protected lots of lands as well as created an eco-tourist boom and began to move towards renewable sources of fuel. However, in 2008, he lost after failing to stop an economic collapse due to the global recession. After that, he stepped down as a Green Party leader but kept working to move forward on the issues that he worked on during his time as president. In 2020 he became party leader and ran for president.
