The Ministry of Justice (Eirian: Ministre dei Justica, Abbreviated MdJ) is an Eirian executive ministry tasked with law enforcement, litigation, and incarceration throughout the Republic. It consists of various law enforcement agencies (both national and local), incarceration facilities, and teams of lawyers and litigators (including prosecutors and public defenders). It is headed by the Minister of Justice, who also serves as the de jure Speaker of the Senate and the third person in line to succeed the Chancellor.
