Early Life & Education
Rebecca Arnott was born on the 3rd August 1978 to Councillor Carla Arnott of Kerlile. She was the only daughter of Carla, and as such immediately became the Arnott heir. She was raised in Maytown, Kerlile, with the other descendants of members of the Council of Kerlile.
