Heddwch Tower was designed and ordered on 7 October, 2001 by Mab Darogan Gerralt Morgan. The building was designed to be a place of international negotiation. It is seven stories tall with fake conference rooms. The tower also has a three level bomb shelter underneath, which holds the actual conference room.
