Mohamed Kaif was born in 1977 in Hanlcan in the Emirate of Halcan. He left Mallcaland in 1997 to go to the University of New Liverpool. While he was there Mallacaland was created so in 2000 he came back to the country and began a career as a Lawyer. In 2004 he ran as an MP and won his district.
