==History== First published as a pamphlet distributed at Haesanite airports in 1931, the Foreign Advisory was one of the first collations of international travel requirements and disease risks in the IDU. While maintained by the governments of the Free Republic, after the [[Great War]] and the dissolution of Haesan it was scrapped from the budget. Reinstated in 1987 by the [[Pak Ye-ju]] administration, the Advisory was fully digitized in 2008. In recent years it has come to serve as a benchmark of travel advisories for many democratic nations in the IDU as Haesan's relative neutrality and extensive diplomatic network and intelligence capacity have led the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' classifications to be particularly well regarded.
