The Seneschal Vote
After all parties have voiced their opinion, the Seneschal of the Council of Chapter-Masters is declared to be Drkwych of the Lemurian Chapter.
The Chapter-Masters, under Drkwych?s Directorship, may now commence discussions concerning ratification of our various Articles of Revitalization and other Gryphonnic Business.
Thereafter, we may look forward to the matter of future business.
