I'll see whether someone from the ACA is willing to help, and then submit it early next week. I've got about 250 delegates, should be sufficient to get this through. I'm going to submit it now for another round of picking up interest, so don't worry it if suddenly appears.
(I really need to work on an NS campaigning tool. It shouldn't be too difficult to automize telegramming. Or at least something that keeps track of the time so I don't keep getting those annoying messages that I'm sending too much in too little time)
