Hmmm - Point 2 could be re-worded:
2. ESTABLISHES the right of all workers in all UN member nations to take industrial action, for the purpose of getting a fair wage and improvement of working conditions or other reasons that justify such heavy actions,
"Industrial Action" is a much less devisive phrase than the term "Strike" and may assist in getting support from people who are sitting on the fence. Also the term "Industrial Action" gives unions the freedom to action apart from "strikes" in order to get a fair wage, etc
Mind you, thats just a small suggestion - great proposal otherwise :worship:
