CeoranaJan 31 2006, 01:28 PM Groot GoudaJan 31 2006, 12:06 PM 3. EXEMPTS from the aforementioned right:
a. Millitairy personnel in a nation at war;
b. Medical personnel, except when precautions are taken so vital treatment will continue;
c. Police and Fire personnal, except when precautions are taken so the general safety of the population is not endangered;
I don't like a list here. How about just exempting all government workers?
I would disagree with exempting all gov't. workers. Only essential life/safety personnel should be exempt. Let's face it, if a clerk from the Dept. of Revenue went on strike, I don't think the world would face an imminent crisis. As such, those employees should have the right to organize.
