As both parties are now in Pagemaster City we will begin talks over resolving this crisis. I have requested the presence of several of Pagemaster's leading scientists in Astronomy, Physics, and a few other areas who will give their opinions on what brought the Object down once they've had a chance to review the data from Research Site 19 and NEOTS. I would like to remind both parties that the Commonwealth, therefore me, is neutral here and will serve as a referee and mitigator to resolve the conflict peacefully in a way that is satisfactory to both sides. Now then with that said, I would like both parites to begin these talks by explaining their actions in detail and truthfully.
