Ouch, yes. Could I also suggest you capitalise all words, if you submit again: "The Right To Form Unions" seems better.

Make sure to correct the second link before you send this out, the forums shortened the link with the 3 dots in the middle...I accidentally sent a few like that.

I've finished C-D-E and stopped there.
I corrected the link to the proposal in my TG's, it should be:
www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=UN_proposal1/match=Unions (with http:// at the start of course)
invisionfree will crop urls and make them hyperlinks when you try to post them with the http in them.
