The Progressive Citizens' Party (PRO), historically referred to as the Citizens' Party and colloquially as the Progressives, is the largest political party (by membership) and second oldest major political party in Libertas Omnium Maximus. The Progressives champion a wide assortment of center-left and left-wing positions and encompass many progressive ideologies ranging from neoliberalism to trade-union advocacy and environmental justice. Today, the Progressives lead a majority coalition in the Senate's lower house and hold a plurality of combined federal seats, including the chancellorship, currently occupied by party-leader Edward Banks.
