The Eirian Lunen (symbol: ln, code: EIL) is the official currency of Eiria and one of the official currencies of the Union of Caxcanan States. The currency was instituted in 1848, as part of Chancellor Irina Pečs' effort to centralize economic power in the newly-founded Republic, instead of relying on local currencies or precious metals for national trade. The lunen is divided up into 100 solenei ("solens" in English). One Sanctarian pound is around 1.06 Lunens, although this exchange rate does vary with both national and international markets.
