Edward Eugene Banks III (born July 11, 1959) is the incumbent Chancellor of Libertas Omnium Maximus, the long-serving Representative of Vircetta's Sycamore & Southfield District, a former airman, and the founder of a Vircetta-based progressive think-tank. In 2020, he unsuccessfully ran for President of Libertas Omnium Maximus, falling short of then-incumbent Lucas Brown.
Early Life[edit | edit source]
Banks was born in Sycamore, Vircetta, a wealthy suburb of Ashford Downs. His father, Edward Eugene Banks II (1934-2019), was a helmsman in the Maximusian Navy during the Great War and eventually attained the rank of Admiral. Banks was educated at one of the nation's premier primary schools, Barnwell Academy, and served in the air force on reserve for several years after graduating.
