Sarolsk
Sarolsk is a district in the Northwestern region of Frésir. The district is the 19th-most populous of Frésir, and the 57th most populous in Wosteaque. It is bordered by Haapatila to the east, Toutoise to the south, Vierlême to the southwest, Yeletov to the southwest, and the Olympic Ocean to the north. In the 2020 census, the district had a population of 2,387,000. Zlasnovy is the district's capital and Lakceda is its largest city.

Eirian Immigration (1822-1845)[edit | edit source]
Although Eirians had been slowly immigrating to Sarolsk around approximately a century, the immigration picked up around the time of Eirian Unification Wars. From 1822 to 1845 the Eirian population in Wosteaque grew from a little under 3,000 to over 100,000. It was in these years that most of the southeastern cities in Sarolsk were founded, as before 1822 southeastern Sarolsk had one of the lowest population densities in Wosteaque.

Sarolsk consist of three major regions, the Plokiy Stepps, the northern Olympic coastal plain, and the Gorkiy Tundra. Sarolsk has three major rivers that all start from the Jagen mountain range.

Sarolsk is one of the leading districts for high speed train manufacturing in Wosteaque, with 79.2% of total manufacturing in Frésir taking place in Sarolsk, with Bistra, and Elamon holding the top rankings in revenue. Along with the railroad industry, the port industry in Sarolsk accounts for a large part of the districts GDP, with the city of Ange Aleksei hosting the largest northern port in Frésir.
