The Slokais Sea is a body of water to the north and west of Slokais Islands it stretches from Kaijan Island to the western coast of Haesan. It is part of the Tenebric Ocean and has large deposits of fish and seaweed. The sea is colder than seas further south. Much of the coast along the Slokais Sea is flat forming several barrier islands.
Extent[edit | edit source]
The Slokais Sea consists of the ocean between the Eastern Isles of Slokais in the east, Aredoa in the south, the western coast of Haesan, and the southern coast of Pharitaya.
Wildlife[edit | edit source]
Some wildlife includes many birds that often stop at various small islands through the sea such as the Far'away and Eastern Isles. There are also orcas as well as the rare red and grey octopus. Crab and other small fish are stable in Slokasian Cusine and it's often fished however there are limits on fishing and at what time of year. Slokais Sea Wildlife Area is a large protected area that encompasses much of the northern section of the sea and is intended to protect wildlife within these areas
Disputes[edit | edit source]
There are no clear borders in this area although the EEZ of Slokais and Haesan exist. In 2011 the border was drawn at the Victoria Island Conference, however, there are some shipping issues in the area today. There are also rumors of criminals harboring in the undeveloped lands north of Haesan.
