Maximusian Presidential Estate

The Maximusian Presidential Estate, also known by its street address, 17 Warbler Place, is a freestanding 28,400 sq. ft. neoclassical style manor and administrative building located in Litudinem's historic district, directly adjacent to Greene Park. Constructed in 1845, it has been the official residence of every Maximusian President since James Duncan. The estate has eleven bedrooms, a three story library, five conference rooms, and a twenty car subterranean garage. Because no architectural schematic of the building has ever been released publicly, the estate is speculated to contain secret chambers, panic rooms, a fallout bunker, and riot countermeasures.
