The Omni ecosystem operates exclusively on GatewayOS, the proprietary software platform also created by the National Software Corporation. As of 2022, Omni is installed on over 100 million active devices.

OmniAuth
OmniAuth serves as a secure portal to a wide range of government services, and functions as the primary security processor and authenticator within the Omni ecosystem. It is responsible for identity management and verification, enabling citizens to engage in digital interactions that require proof of identity or credentials. The applet also functions as a digital wallet, storing digital versions of personal identification, driver's licenses, passports, and other essential documents. By centralising access to government services, OmniAuth simplifies interactions with public departments, making bureaucratic processes more efficient and user-friendly.
In a significant expansion of its capabilities, online voting services for national elections was introduced to the applet in 2007, revolutionising how democracy functions in the Novella Islands. This secure and accessible feature allows voters to cast their ballots electronically, offering a convenient alternative to traditional voting methods. The integration of voting within OmniAuth has streamlined electoral processes, reduced expenses associated with physical polling stations, and bolstered voter participation by making the act of voting as accessible as opening an app. As of the 2014 Federal Parliamentary Election, the vast majority of voters now cast their votes electronically.
