The Chief Justice of Sanctaria is the chief judge of the Supreme Court of Sanctaria and highest ranking judicial officer in the in the federal judicial system of Sanctaria. As the de facto head of the judiciary, the Chief Justice plays a crucial role within Sanctaria's framework of governance by ensuring the fair and impartial administration of justice, and protecting the rights, freedoms, and responsibilities of an independent judiciary as a separate branch of government.

Appointed by the President, following nomination by the government and confirmation by the Senate, the Chief Justice serves as the leader of the Supreme Court, the highest court in the country.
