The city was founded in 1932, when the first Lauchenoirian settlers decided to create a permanent population on the previously uninhabited island. The city is one of the wealthiest in Lauchenoiria and is the home to a number of wealthy businessmen from both Lauchenoiria and abroad.

Notable individuals

Élia Agramunt, current leader of the Communist Party was born in Seahaven.
Councillor Electra Georgiou of Kerlile, the first Kerlian Councillor to study outside of Kerlile, attended the University of Seahaven.
