Howard Alexander Walker was born in Point Lee on February 9th, 1950. His parents were professors and spent much of his own life in academia. He has been in Centrist Party, the Left Party, and an Independent. He is the longest-serving MP with 42 years, including his 4 years as Prime Minister. He has become a joke among left-wing political parties as the Left party becomes less popular. In 2019, he has tomatoes thrown at him during a rally in New Liverpool. He made national news for suing the teenagers involved and eventually got a $500 payout for "damages". He has often been described as the most boring MP, with a poll among Legislative Staffers voting him as the most boring.
