Emilia Obando Roig (born 1st September 1957) is the current President of Lauchenoiria since April 2020. She is a member of the Liberal Party of Lauchenoiria.

Obando was born in Usera, Yervia Province, Lauchenoiria. At university, she was a member of covert anti-communist societies and was once arrested for dissident activity by the communist regime.
