The continental confederations are provided for in the AFFIDU's statutes, and membership of a confederation is a prerequisite to AFFIDU membership.
The four continental confederations are; Catican Union of Football Associations (CUFA, Sherfield, Legionas) Union of Hespian Football Associations (UHFA) Confederation of Nerian Football Associations (CoNFA) Liberelian Football Association (Yalenskaya, Trive)
