The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Legionas is the head of government of The Kingdom of Legionas. The current office holder is Nicholas Moretti. He took office on the 7th of January, 2013 following his party's achieving of a majority in parliament.

Nicholas Moretti was elected for office by the 493,500 members of the Social Democratic Alliance of Legionas. He beat his rival Keith Andersen. The two candidates topped a poll of SDA-L Members of Parliament to qualify for the ballot of party members.

The Prime Minister is usually the leader of the political party which wins most seats after a general election. There are 700 seats are available in Legionas. Voters vote for their own local MP, not for the Prime Minister.
