History
The City was founded by the British in 1822 to be the seat of government for the Country. The city is built on a flat plain with lots of creeks that slowly turned into hills along with the San Fernando and Southland River. By 1840 it has swelled to over 85,000 people and became the hub for Slokais. It grew even more once it became the capital of Slokais. So in 1972 the city and the surrounding area became a Special Metro Region. The city has seen growth in recent decades as the Metro Transit network grew. And By 2010 New Liverpool had around 1 in every 3 slokasians living in and around the Metro Area.

The City has 2 airports John Santos International Airport and East Bank International Airport. The metro is also served by the New Liverpool Rapid Transit Authority as well as Slokais Rail.

The City is 40% Spanish,15% White,20% Slokaisan,15% Muslim and 8% mixed and 2% other. Religion wise the city is 55% Christian,25% Minjian Faith, 16% Islam and 4% other as well as religious people.
