Philip Northrop is the first Prydainian to hold an office in the Cadarian Government. He was appointed to the office of Press Secretary in 2015 by Waywffon Morgan.
Northrop grew up in Ruthin, and had high hopes of being a celebrity. He enrolled at Aberstywyth University at the age of 21. It was here that he met Waywffon Morgan, and they would become close friends. Northrop graduated
in 2005, with a B.A. in Journalism, and went to work for Cadair Island Times. In 2015 he was invited to Morgan's coronation, where he was offered the job of Press Secretary.
