The Slokasian Independent Catholic Church is an independent Catholic denomination in Slokais Islands. Founded in 1830 as the San Fernando Independent Catholic Church in response to the Sanctarian Catholic Church's restrictions on the usage of the Spanish language and new restrictions by the Diocese of New Liverpool. In the 1880s, the Church became one of the primary supporters of Slokasian independence, with the Church taking upon the name Slokasian Independent Catholic Church. The SICC hold's principle's similar to the Sanctarian Catholic Church, yet it is not in communion with Sanctus and has a separate system of church governance. Today, the SICC is most popular in the province of San Fernando as well as in areas with large Costenoian populations.
