The Wosteaquean National Army (WNA) is the land service branch of the Wosteaquean Armed Forces. It is one of the five Wosteaquean uniformed services. The Wosteaquean National Army is apart of the Department of Offense. The Wosteaquean National Army was formed after the 1900 constitution development, with soldiers from Frésir, Boemont, Larton, Narkim, and Mariso were given the option to either stay in their own respective military or join the newly formed department.

The Wosteaquean National Army became the official main military force during the 1970s, as the then United Socialist Republics of Wosteaque had decided that each republics military should only be used for defense. With this change the reserves from each republic were mostly combined into the combined reserves.

Structure

The Wosteaquean National Army is made up of two components: the standing army; and two reserves. The high reserve component are primarily composed of part-time soldiers who train once every month, while the low reserve component only trains twice every year. While the reserve may have a high personnel count, in actuality about 92% of the reserves are apart of the low reserve, while only 8% are apart of the high reserve.

The Wosteaquean National Army command is split into seven geographical areas.
